HOW TO BOOK ?
Step by step
- Fill in the form below and send us a booking request.
- We will confirm your pre-reservation within 36 hours by email, together with our IBAN.
- You will then need to download our rental contract ‘General Terms and Conditions of Sale’ available below,
in order to return it to us initialled, completed and signed. - Your reservation will only be effective once we have received your deposit in accordance with the terms of ‘§ 1/ Booking conditions’.
- Please then respect the deadlines for payment of the balance of your stay.
- As soon as we receive the balance of your stay, we will contact you to organise your arrival!

Extra person (adult or child over 2): €15/night per person.
Cleaning at the end of your stay €85.
Discounts :
from 8 nights - 3%
from 15 nights - 6%
from 22 nights -9%
from 31 nights -12%
from 62 nights -15%
Intermediate cleaning :
- Over 21 consecutive nights = 1 intermediate cleaning charged at €85.
- Over 39 consecutive nights = 1 interim cleaning every 20 days at a cost of €85 each.
