The lounge/dining room opens onto a furnished terrace of around 30m². The owners live on the garden level. The entrance to the property is shared, but everyone's privacy is
perfectly preserved.

Abades, where the property is located, is a small, quiet coastal resort with numerous bars and restaurants, two mini-supermarkets and two diving schools.
Hikers will find a number of routes, both along the coast and inland, starting directly from the house. There is a bus service to Abades, with a bus stop 300 m from the village entrance. Tenerife is served by a particularly efficient public transport service, day and night.
